AllDoxie ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the AllDoxie app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an AllDoxie account, build a dachshund profile, post in the community, log health data, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, location, and details about your dachshund(s) such as photos, birthday, weight, vet visits, and medication schedules.
We also automatically collect certain usage data, including device information, approximate location, log data, and interaction information, to help us operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use your information to provide, personalize, and improve AllDoxie — for example, to display your dog's health timeline, send medication and vet-visit reminders, and surface vet-approved product recommendations.
We may also use your information to communicate with you about product updates, respond to support requests, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app (such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery), in response to legal requests, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
Community posts, comments, and profile content you choose to publish are visible to other AllDoxie users according to the sharing settings you select.
We retain your account and dachshund profile data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your Account settings, and we will remove it within a reasonable period.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain data processing. To exercise these rights, visit your Account settings or contact us at our support channels.
AllDoxie is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
